KENT GUICHARD is Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial
Officer of American Woodmark Corporation, Winchester, Virginia, a
leading national manufacturer of cabinet and vanity products in the
United States. Mr. Guichard joined American Woodmark in August 1993 as
Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. He was elected to
the company's Board of Directors in November 1997. Prior to joining
American Woodmark, he was Vice President and Controller for the A.M.
Graphics Division of A.M. International, a leading manufacturer of
binding and material handling equipment for the printing and newspaper
industries. In addition, he spent eight years with the B.F. Goodrich
Company, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals and aerospace products.
Mr. Guichard held several financial positions in the Aerospace Division,
ending as the Controller for the Aircraft Wheel and Brake Unit. Mr.
Guichard earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the
University of Virginia Colgate Darden Graduate School in 1983 and a
Bachelor of Science degree from University of Santa Clara in 1978. Profile
