KENT E. ENGELKE is a Director and Senior Vice President of Anderson &
Strudwick, Inc. a NYSE member firm. He serves as its Capital Markets
Strategist and is Director of the firm's Fixed Income Department and
Community Banking division. His views regarding the stock market,
interest rates and the economy regularly appear on the Dow Jones News
Tape, Yahoo Finance, MSNBC, CNBC and WSJ.Com. They also have appeared in
various financial publications and on ABC News. Mr. Engelke is a founder
and Director of Southern Community Bank & Trust, a community bank
located in Midlothian, VA. He is a member of the Securities Association
of Virginia, the Virginia Economic Society and The World Affairs
Council. Mr. Engelke serves on the Board of Associates for the Virginia
Home for Boys, a home for disadvantaged youths. He graduated from the
University of Richmond in 1985 and attended the MBA program at Virginia
Commonwealth University. Mr. Engelke is married and has one son. His
