KENNETH POTASHNER serves as the President, CEO and Chairman of
SONICblue. He joined SONICblue, formerly S3, in 1998 as President, CEO
and Chairman of the Board. Previously, Mr. Potashner served as
President, CEO and Chairman of Maxwell Technologies. In 1997, he
orchestrated a successful corporate turnaround with Maxwell. Prior to
Maxwell, he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of
Conner Peripherals Disk Drive Operations. Mr. Potashner has also held
management positions at Quantum Corporation, Digital Corporation and
Texas Instruments. Mr. Potashner received his BSEE from Lafayette
College and an MSEE from Southern Methodist University. Profile
