KEN JULIAN is Executive Vice President of Halsey Associates, Inc. Prior
to joining the firm he was Director of Investments for Private Bank-Bank
Boston in Hartford, Connecticut. Mr. Julian earned a BS from Boston
College and an MBA from the University of Hartford. Profile
Mr. Julian: The firm is 33 years old and was started in New Haven by
Ralph Halsey, who is our honorary Chairman. Today, at
