KEITH D. YODER is Senior Portfolio Manager at Caterpillar Investment
Management Ltd. Mr. Yoder manages the Saratoga Advantage Trust Mid
Capitalization Portfolio and the Saratoga Advantage Trust Energy & Basic
Materials Portfolio, the fund's subadvisor. He has run the actively
managed Cat (VEBA) Mid Cap Relative Value portfolio since its inception
in December 2000. In addition, he has provided oversight for the Group
Trust Enhanced Small Cap Index Fund, based on the Russell 2000 Index,
and the Cat Pension Large Cap Index portfolio, based on the S&P 500
Index, since August 2000. Before joining CIML, Mr. Yoder managed the MMA
Praxis Growth Fund for Mennonite Mutual Aid from its inception in
January 1994 through April 2000. Before that he worked as an investment
officer for Society Bank of South Bend, Indiana. He began his career as
an assistant investment manager with MMA from 1983 to 1987. He earned
his undergraduate degree in accounting from Bluffton College in 1978. He
became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983 and earned the Chartered

Mr. Yoder: Caterpillar Investment Management Ltd. is a wholly owned
subsidiary of
