KAMAL DUGGIRALA has served as Chief Executive Officer of Barra, Inc.,
since 1999 and served as President from 1994 to 2001. Mr. Duggirala has
been associated with Barra and its predecessors since 1984, serving in
various roles of increasing responsibility in Barra's Electronic
Brokerage and Trader Products and Advanced Technology groups until

GREGORY STOCKETT is Barra's Chief Financial Officer and oversees the
company's financial and administrative functions. Prior to attaining
this role, Mr. Stockett served as the Vice President of Finance and
Administration, where he was instrumental in the development of Barra's
financial and administrative processes. In addition, he built the
company's management information systems function to support the company
globally. Prior to joining Barra, Mr. Stockett worked at Deloitte &
Touche LLP for more than seven years. During this time, he worked as a
Staff Auditor and later as a Manager, focusing primarily on financial
service and retail industries. Mr. Stockett holds a BS in Business
