K. DANE BROOKSHER is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
ProLogis Trust, a leading global provider of distribution
services and facilities. Prior to joining ProLogis in 1993, Mr.
Brooksher was with KPMG Peat Marwick for over 32 years, serving
in many capacities including Midwest area Managing Partner and
Chicago office Managing Partner just prior to joining ProLogis.
He was a member of the firm's Board of Directors, Management
Committee and was the International Development Partner
responsible for Belgium, The Netherlands and Netherlands
Antilles. Mr. Brooksher earned his Bachelor of Arts from the
College of William and Mary, where he is a Director and past
Chairman of the Board of Sponsors. He is also Trustee Emeritus
and past Treasurer of the William and Mary Endowment Association,
a member of the President's Council and recipient of the 1991
Alumni Medallion. Mr. Brooksher is currently a Board Member of
Butler Manufacturing, Vizional Technologies, Inc., and
Northwestern Kellogg School. His prior Board memberships include
the Lyric Opera of Chicago, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra,
Northwestern Memorial Corporation, Midwest Chairman of the U.S.
Olympic Committee and member of National Finance Committee. Profile
