JULIET S. ELLIS, Managing Director, is Senior Portfolio Manager in the
U.S. Small-Cap Equity Group for JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management Group.
She has investment managing responsibility for $1.7 billion in assets
managed under the Small Capitalization Style. Ms. Ellis began managing
portfolios in both the Small Cap Core and Small Cap Growth styles in
1993. Prior to her current role, she spent two years as assistant
portfolio manager for the bank's Equity Style while maintaining
responsibilities as an equity analyst. In 1990 Ms. Ellis was named
Director of Equity Research, where she led the team of six industry
analysts providing fundamental research for large capitalization style
portfolio managers. She joined the organization in September 1987 as an
Equity Research Analyst. In this capacity Ms. Ellis developed investment
recommendations based on fundamental and valuation analysis specializing
in the healthcare, media, entertainment, airline and automotive
industries. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, she was an investment officer
at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, (1981-1987). Ms. Ellis earned
a BA (cum laude) in Economics and Political Science from Indiana
University in 1981. She was elected to Phi Beta Kappa in 1980. Ms. Ellis
