MICHAEL SHAHBAZIAN is Chief Financial Officer of Niku Corporation. He is
responsible for all financial and administrative functions at Niku and
plays a critical role as a member of the senior executive team. Mr.
Shahbazian has over 30 years of technology industry experience. He has
served as the CFO of both public and private technology companies,
including ANDA Networks, Inventa Technologies and Walker Interactive.
Prior to these roles, he spent nearly 20 years with Amdahl Corporation
in a variety of senior finance positions, including corporate Treasurer
and European CFO. Mr. Shahbazian holds an MBA from the University of
Southern California in Los Angeles, California, and a BS in Business

JOSHUA PICKUS is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the
Board of Niku Corporation. He is responsible for charting Niku's
strategic direction and promoting the company's innovative software and
services. Mr. Pickus is credited with leading Niku's post-bubble
financial restructuring, which enabled the company to reach
profitability for the first time during the quarter that ended October
31, 2002. He joined Niku in 1999 and has served in a variety of
executive positions, including President of Vertical Markets, President
of Worldwide Business Relations, and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to
joining Niku, he was a Partner at Bowman Capital Management, a
technology investment firm, and Venture Law Group, a Silicon Valley law
firm serving technology companies. Mr. Pickus holds degrees from
Princeton University and the University of Chicago Law School. Profile
