JOSEPH M. GULLION is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of
National Equipment Services, Inc. He joined the company in September
2002. Before joining NES, he served as AAR Corporation's Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer. Other recent experiences include
President of Boeing Airline Technical Services and Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer of Dalfort Aviation. Mr. Gullion
has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development and
a Bachelor's in Marketing and Communication. In addition, he achieved
