Jonathan W. Ayers has been the Chairman of the board, President and Chief Executive Officer of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc., since January 2002. Prior to joining IDEXX, Mr. Ayers held various senior executive positions at United Technologies Corporation, as well as served in various positions in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division and at Bain & Company. He started his business career in sales with IBM. Mr. Ayers holds an undergraduate degree in molecular biophysics and biochemistry from Yale University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
