JOHN J. TSUCALAS, a Charted Financial analyst, started Littlefield,
Adams & Company in 1979, after having served as Vice President and Chief
Executive Officer at Fidelity Bond Financial Corporation (a wholly owned
subsidiary of Fidelity Bond & Mortgage Company, engaged in corporate
financial services); Vice President of Butcher & Singer Inc., in charge
of private placements; Investment Officer at John Hancock Mutual Life
Insurance Co., valuing publicly traded equity and debt securities,
making long-term corporate loans and managing a private-placement
portfolio of over $500 million; and credit analysis and short-term money
management at Baybank (Burlington, MA). Since founding the company, he
has served as the Deputy Auditor General of Pennsylvania and as Vice
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Operating Officer of
Brennan Transportation Services, Inc. (a trucking company, headquartered
in Burlington, NJ). He is a writer on economic, financial, and political
matters whose columns have appeared in city, regional, national, and
international publications. He holds a BA in Economics from Columbia
College and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania. He served as a Lieutenant in the United States Air
