JOHN W. JACKSON has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Celgene
since January 1996. Prior to joining Celgene, Mr. Jackson held senior
positions with Merck and American Cyanamid. He holds a BA from Yale
University and an MBA from INSEAD, in France. He served as a U.S. Marine
