JOHN DORMAN serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Digital Insight Corporation, a leading e-Finance enabler. In this
role, he has grown the company to become the largest e-Finance
enabler to the industry, serving more than 1,550 financial
institution clients nationwide. Prior to joining Digital Insight
in 1998, Mr. Dorman was Senior Vice President for Oracle'
Worldwide Financial Services, during which he had global general
management responsibility for all of Oracle's products and
services to the financial services industry. This followed Mr.
Dorman's tenure as Founder, President and CEO of Treasury
Services Corporation when, in 1997, Oracle purchased TSC and made
the company's software the foundation for Oracle's financial
services applications. Over the course of 14 years with TSC, Mr.
Dorman grew the company into the leading worldwide provider of
management information solutions to the financial services
industry. Mr. Dorman is a recognized authority on banking
technology, including electronic commerce, bank profitability
analysis and risk management. Mr. Dorman has a Bachelor of Arts
in Business Administration and Philosophy from Occidental College
in Los Angeles, a Master's of Business Administration from
University of Southern California and is a Board member of the
Sterling Foundation and the Council of Directors of the Yosemite
