JOHN C. LONDON, Vice Chairman and Secretary of Nuvo Research Inc., holds a
Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of
Laws degree from University College London. He was a partner with the Toronto
law firm of Strathy, Archibald and Seagram (now Gowlings) until 1988 when he
joined Magna International Inc., one of the world's largest auto parts
manufacturers, as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Atoma
International Inc., Magna's interior systems subsidiary. In 1993 Mr. London left
Magna and co-founded Triam Automotive Inc., which Mr. London and his partners
took public and sold to Magna several years later. After Triam, Mr. London, co-
founded Nighthawk Investments, a private venture capital firm. Immediately prior
to joining Nuvo in September 2004, Mr. London was President and CEO of one of
Nighthawk's portfolio companies, PowerCart Systems Inc., which designs,
manufactures and sells mobile power systems for wireless devices. Profile
