JOHN C. BAILER is an Assistant Vice President at The Boston Company. He
serves as an Equity Research Analyst following the telecommunication
services, telecommunication equipment, media/entertainment, and
publishing sectors for the Research Department. Previously, he was an
Associate Portfolio Manager responsible for assisting in the asset
allocation of over $10 billion in small, mid- and large cap equity
portfolios. He also served as the key external contact to several
clients on the East Coast. Prior to that Mr. Bailer was a Performance
Specialist where he analyzed and reported the investment performance for
all domestic equity, international equity, and fixed income products.
Before joining the asset management division, he was employed in
Corporate Finance and was responsible for the asset/liability analysis
for the bank's balance sheet. Mr. Bailer graduated with distinction from
Babson College with a BS in Accounting/Management Information Systems.
He received his MS in Finance from Boston College and is a Chartered
Financial Analyst. Mr. Bailer is a member of the Boston Security Analyst
