Rick Luk, CEO of Jingwei International, brings to the company over 30 years of diverse international experience in the IT and telecom industry. He was a former executive of AT&T, seconded to Shanghai Symphony Telecom as President and General Manager from 2001 to 2004. He led partners negotiations, business development and managed the startup of SST from its inception to profitable growth. Prior to that, Mr. Luk held various senior executive positions in Compaq Computer and Nortel Networks in North America, Asia and China. Mr. Luk holds a BSEE degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and an M.S. degree from the University of Waterloo, in Canada. Profile
