JEFFERY M. JACKSON is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
and Treasurer of Sabre, Inc. He formerly served as Vice President and
Controller of American Airlines where he oversaw financial budgeting and
planning, corporate accounting (including all SEC filings), revenue
accounting, corporate receivables, corporate payrolls and disbursements,
and accounting functions for American Airlines. Previously Mr. Jackson
served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer of
American Airlines. His duties included corporate finance, international
and domestic banking, corporate insurance and risk management, tax
services, corporate development, fleet transactions, and aircraft sales
and leasing. Mr. Jackson began his career with American Airlines in 1984
as a Senior Financial Analyst in the corporate finance department. He
holds a Master of Management degree from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of
Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Economics/Government from Dartmouth College. Mr. Jackson is a member of
