JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN is Executive Vice President of DoubleClick, Inc. Mr.
Epstein joined DoubleClick in February, 1998 as Chief Financial Officer.
Before joining DoubleClick, he served as Senior Vice President at CUC
International where he was responsible for corporate development
activities and acquisitions as well as directing strategy, finance,
operations and software development for AutoVantage, a leading Internet
automotive site. Prior to joining CUC, he was Chief Financial Officer at
King World Productions, a leading television programming distributor
(Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, Oprah) for six years. Earlier, Mr. Epstein
was Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions at The First Boston
Corporation, specializing in the media and communications industries.
His transactions included the ABC to Capital Cities Communications, the
'New Yorker' Magazine's sale to Newhouse and the 'Des Moines Register's'
sale to Gannett. Mr. Epstein held positions at The Washington Post
Company as Director of Business Development and at Boston Consulting
Group where he served as an Engagement Manager. He holds an M.B.A. from
Stanford Business School, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a
B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Yale University, where he
was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Profile
