JEFF SNIPES is the President and CEO of Ninth House Network. Since co-
founding Ninth House Network in December 1996 with Tom Fischmann, Mr.
Snipes has helped expand the company into the leading e-learning
environment for organizational development that has grown to support
over 50 Fortune 1000 customers. Ninth House Network is the integration
of Mr. Snipes' experience in teaching, multimedia, and business
management. He first formalized the concept of a 'learning network' in
1996, while serving as the COO at Interactive Media Solutions (IAM),
today the nation's largest developer of custom corporate e-learning
solutions. During that time he worked closely with HR organizations at
leading Fortune 500 companies to develop some of the industry's first
enterprise-wide online corporate education initiatives. Before joining
IAM Mr. Snipes spent two years teaching in Madrid, where he leveraged
accelerated learning techniques to coach senior executives on
communicating their businesses to a global audience. From that
experience he saw and understood first-hand the importance and
effectiveness of personalized, self-paced learning. Mr. Snipes began his
career in New York as an investment banker in the technology industry.
He earned a BA in Philosophy and a BBA in Finance from Southern
