JEAN-MARC PANDRAUD is President and Chief Operating Officer of
Mykrolis Corporation, formerly the Microelectronics Division of
Millipore Corporation. Prior to being appointed to his current
position in November 2000, Mr. Pandraud was the Vice President
and General Manager of Millipore's Microelectronics Divisions.
Prior to his position in Microelectronics, Mr. Pandraud was Vice
President and General Manager of Millipore's Laboratory Water
Division from 1994 until 1999 and was also Regional Manager of
the company's Latin American operations from 1997 until 1999.
Mr. Pandraud joined Millipore's subsidiary in France in 1978 as
an application specialist for the company's laboratory products.
He subsequently held a series of management and marketing
positions, including France Division Manager for the Millipore
Product Division from 1982-84, and France Division Manager for
the company's Waters Chromatography Division from 1984-88. In
1988, Mr. Pandraud was promoted to Managing Director of Millipore
France and European General Manager for the company's Analytical
Division, positions he held until 1994 when he was appointed to
lead Millipore's Laboratory Water Division. Mr. Pandraud holds a
bachelor's degree in science and a chemistry engineer degree from

TWST: Give us a very brief history of your company and also abrief overview of business today.
Mr. Pandraud: We are a brand new company in the sense that
Mykrolis went public in August 2001
