JAMES C. YOUNGBLOOD has been President of The Marathon Bank which is
owned by Premier Community Bankshares, Inc., since July 1, 2004. He is
responsible for the day to day operations of a $350 million community
bank. Prior to becoming President Mr. Youngblood was Executive Vice
President/Senior Loan Officer from September 2003 to July 1, 2004;
Senior Vice-President/Senior Loan Officer from June 1996 to September
2003; Vice-President/Branch Manager from January 1995 to June 1996;
Assistant Vice-President and Loan Officer from July 1992 to December
1994; Loan Officer from October 1989 to June 1992; and Manager Trainee
from June 1988 to September 1989. Mr. Youngblood is a Certified Public
Accountant. He attendede the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana
State University, received an MBA from Shenandoah University in
Winchester, Virginia, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from West
