JAMES M. WILLIAMS has served since October 2002 as President/CEO of
California-based Monterey Gourmet Foods, inc., a leader in refrigerated
gourmet fresh pastas and sauces. He brought his solid food industry
background to Monterey, including 12 years as President/CEO of the
upscale cheese manufacturer, Bongrain Cheese-USA, and with Hillshire
Farms, where he helped develop 'Deli-Select,' a brand that launched the
