JAMES F. LYNCH has served as Chairman of SITEL Corporation since he
founded the company in 1985. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer
and President in April 2001. Mr. Lynch previously served as SITEL's
Chief Executive Officer from 1985 to January 1997. From 1984 to 1985,
Mr. Lynch was president of HQ800, a teleservicing subsidiary of United
Technologies. In 1985, he led a buyout of the firm from United
Technologies and incorporated the new company as SITEL Corporation.
Prior to HQ800, he was director of sales and marketing for WATTS of
America, now part of MATRIXX Marketing. He graduated from West Virginia
