JAMES LAWS MCCABE is President & Portfolio Manager of McCabe Capital
Managers, Ltd. He joined the firm in 1980. Mr. McCabe's previous
employment includes: 1977-1979 Chase econometric Associates ' Senior
International Economist; 1971-1977 Yale University ' Assistant Professor
of Economics; 1969-1971 U.S. Department of State ' International
Economist. He was educated at the Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania, Ph.D., 1970, Colby College, B.A., 1965. His professional

expectations and relatively low multiples to earnings.
