JAMES D. AWAD is Chairman of Awad Asset Management, an investment
advisory firm. He has been in the securities industry for approximately
thirty-five years, as a portfolio manager and senior investment officer.
Awad Asset Management now manages approximately $1.4 billion in assets
for individuals and institutions. Mr. Awad received a BS from Washington
& Lee University and a MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of
Business. He is a frequent speaker to the investment community. Mr. Awad
is a frequent guest speaker on cable's CNBC, CNN, Fox Satellite, CNNFN
and Bloomberg Financial News, Reuters and BBC. He is a member of the
Economic Club of New York and serves on the Board of One East End Avenue
Corporation and is a member of the Brick Church in New York City. Mr.
Awad is a retired member of the Dean's Council at the John F. Kennedy
School of Government at Harvard University and a past Deacon and member
of the Investment Committee at Brick Church. He is retired from the
Boards of Seeds of Peace, the Abraham Fund, the Spence School in New
