JACK K. HEILBRON is Founder of CI Holding Group, Inc. and its
subsidiaries, including PIM Financial Services, Inc., a NASD registered
broker/dealer, Bishop-Crown Investment Research, Ind., a due diligence
and research company, and Centurion Counsel, Inc., a SEC Registered
Investment Advisor. He currently serves as Chief Investment Officer for
Centurion Counsel, where he is responsible for the investment management
of $90,000,000. Mr. Heilbron graduated with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Accounting from California Polytechnic University at San Luis
Obispo. He previously served as Senior Auditor of the Department of
Corporations, State of California, as a Registered Principal with a
major New York Stock Exchange firm, and as a full time Due Diligence
Officer for PIM Financial Services. Mr. Heilbron currently sits on the
NASD Arbitration Committee for the State of California and is frequently
