JACK CALDERON joined EFTC as president and chief executive officer in
August, 1996. Previously, he served as president of SMI, Tampa, FL, a
consulting service to chief executive officers who manage companies
involved in services to technology-based OEMs. Mr. Calderon's experience
includes roles as general manager of International Operations and vice
president of Business Development for Group Technologies Corp., Tampa,
FL, where he managed plants in Brazil and Mexico. He has also served as
president, director of marketing, and marketing manager for various
other companies such as BMC and Honeywell and has been involved in
contract manufacturing since 1980. Mr. Calderon holds a B.A. degree in
Economics from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland), and a Juris
Doctoris degree in Law from American University (Washington, D.C.). Profile
