Dale Smith is Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Meeder Investment Management and Vice President of Meeder Funds. Mr. Smith brought more than 26 years of experience to Meeder in March of 2005, with previous positions as Senior Vice President of BISYS Group, Inc., and Audit Manager at Coopers and Lybrand. In his current role, Mr. Smith oversees the Corporate Accounting and Investment teams. As the leader of the firmís investment committee, Mr. Smith has been instrumental in the development of the firmís tactical and strategic investment disciplines. Additionally, Mr. Smith is a key member of the Meeder Investment Management Executive Management Group. Bob Meeder is President of Meeder Investment Management and the Meeder Funds. Mr. Meeder joined Meeder Investment Management in 1983 and has held various positions, including Portfolio Manager. In 1991 Mr. Meeder founded Meeder Advisory Services, which serves the financial adviser community. Mr. Meeder has served as President of Meeder Investment Management since 1995 and Meeder Funds since 2004. In his current role, Mr. Meeder oversees the formulation and integration of Meeder Investment Management's strategy efforts throughout the organization and its affiliates, which include Meeder Asset Management, Meeder Advisory Services and Mutual Fund Services Company. Mr. Meeder also serves as President of the Meeder Funds Board of Trustees and is the Chairman of the Meeder Investment Management Executive Management Group, whose core responsibility is to exceed the expectations of the firm's clients. As a member of the investment committee, he has been instrumental in the development of the firm's tactical and strategic investment disciplines. Additionally, Mr. Meeder continues to enhance the expansion of the firm's product line, distribution channels and client base.
