Arthur W. Bingham, Managing Director, Investment Banking, is a senior
banker specializing in communication and enterprise for Kaufman Bros. He
has over 15 years of corporate finance experience in a range of
industries including seven years in technology. He joined Kaufman Bros.
in 2000 from ING Barings LLC in New York, where he was a Director in the
Mergers and Acquisition group. At ING Barings, he was responsible for
structuring and executing corporate advisory transactions. Prior to ING
Barings, Mr. Bingham was a Vice President at Nomura Securities
International in New York, where he was a senior member of several
product areas including high yield debt, corporate finance and mergers
and acquisitions. Mr. Bingham holds an MBA from Northeastern University
