LAWRENCE D. RAIMAN, a Managing Director and Real Estate/REIT
Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston, joined the firm after it
merged with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in 2000. Prior to that,
he was with DLJ from 1994. He heads CSFB's real estate and REIT
research team. He earned his MBA in Finance from Columbia
Business School and his BS in Accounting from the Pennsylvania
State University. He is included on the All-Star teams of
Institutional Investor magazine, Greenwich Associates and Realty
Stock Review. He is also a CPA and a member of NAREIT,
International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute
