Donald W. Hodges is Co-Manager of the Hodges Fund and Hodges Small Cap Fund, which were launched in 1992 and 2007, respectively. For more than 50 years, Mr. Hodgesí involvement within the financial services industry has aided investors, analysts and money managers with insights that only extensive years of hands-on experience can provide. For the quarter ending December 31, 2004, he was chosen as the CBS MarketWatch Stockpicker of the Quarter. For three consecutive years, 2005 to 2007, Lipper, Inc. recognized the Hodges Fund as ìThe Best Multi-Cap Core Fundî for the previous five years. Mr. Hodges began his investment career with Merrill Lynch in 1960. In 1974, he joined Rauscher Pierce Refsnes (now Dain Rauscher), where he rose through the ranks as Broker, Manager, Executive Vice President, becoming President of Rauscher in 1983. In 1981, Registered Rep magazine named Mr. Hodges one of the ìtop 20 brokers in the U.S.î In 1989, Mr. Hodges and his son, Craig Hodges, founded First Dallas Securities and Hodges Capital Management, an advisory firm, where Mr. Hodges now serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee, and Craig serves as Chairman & CEO. In 2009, three new funds were launched ó the Hodges Blue Chip 25 Fund, the Hodges Equity Income Fund and the Hodges Pure Contrarian Fund. Mr. Hodges serves on several boards in Texas, including those of the W.A. TWST: Why don't you start by telling us about Hodges Capital Management and your investment philosophy?
Mr. Hodges: We've always been a bottom-up advisory firm specializing in equities. We have a
