Thomas W. L. Cameron, a pioneer of dividend growth investing in the early 1960s, has served as the Chairman of Dividend Growth Advisors, LLC, since he founded the company in 2004 and was Chief Investment Officer from 2004 to 2008. He served as the Chairman of Cameron & Associates, Inc., from 2000 to 2009, was Senior Vice President at Wachovia from 1986 to 2000, and Director of Sovereign Investors Mutual Fund from 1992 to 1998. Mr. Cameron has served on numerous boards, committees and associations, including the American Heart Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania; The Franklin Institute; the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, for which he was Chairman from 1970 to 1974; the Medical University of South Carolina and Hollings Cancer Center. He was Chief Investment Officer for Dividend Growth Trust from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Cameron holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. from Harvard University.
