MARCUS XU, CFA, is the Director Of Equity Investments and a partner of Genus Capital Management. He works closely with CEO and CIO Wayne Wachell on quantitative strategies for all Genus equity mandates, and he manages day-to-day investment operations. He also is responsible for overseeing the firm's portfolio rebalance process. Mr. Xu joined Genus in May 2002 after completing a M.S. in finance from the University of British Columbia. Previously, he completed a B.A. from Beijing University and an M.A. in economics from the University of Windsor. Mr. Xu attained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2006. Profile
