Steven Allen founded Preservation Capital Management in 2001. The firm utilizes the same strategies that he developed and successfully employed at Greenbriar Partners LP, an asset management firm that he founded in 1994. Mr. Allen's asset management experience also includes tenure as a Portfolio Manager at TJC Index Options Fund LP, one of the largest index arbitrage funds on the Chicago Board Options Exchange, which he cofounded in 1990. Additionally, he has traded successfully for his own account in the Treasury bond options pit at the Chicago Board of Trade. He received his B.A. from Albion College in 1985 and his MBA from the University of Michigan in 1988. Profile
