Tucker Twitmyer, Managing Director of EnerTech Capital, has been investing in energy and clean energy companies and projects for 10 years. Mr. Twitmyer covers the alternative energy - solar, wind and algal fuel - oil and gas, and smart grid and energy efficiency sectors. Prior to EnerTech, he was a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Katalyst LLC, a private equity services firm and a Senior Manager at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture. Mr. Twitmyer began his career in finance and IT operations with MultiServ, a provider of material handling and recycling services to the steel industry. Mr. Twitmyer currently sits on the boards of OwnEnergy and Tangent Energy Solutions. He previously sat on the boards of Enerwise and FuelQuest and was an Observer to Comverge and Altela, Inc. He is a Member of the CleanTech Venture Network advisory board and former Co-President of Wharton Private Equity Partners. TWST: Would you start with an overview of EnerTech Capital?
Mr. Twitmyer: EnerTech is an energy technology and project investment firm. We were founded in 1996 after a spinout from our then-parent
