LIBBE ENGLANDER is a Senior Portfolio manager for BioPharma Capital, a
European healthcare fund management company owned by IT Asset
Management, a subsidiary of Raymond James. Dr. Englander co-manages
ITAM's mutual fund that invests primarily in late stage US biotechnology
companies. She co-founded BioPharma Capital in 2000. Prior to this, she
founded EME Biology, a consulting firm that provided information and
strategic planning services to the biotech industry. She has a PhD from
