Michael Matvieshen is a Senior Strategic Advisor for Daystar Technologies, Inc. Mr. Matvieshen was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Sunlogics PLC. Prior to Sunlogics PLC, he was the Founder, President and CEO of EPOD Solar Inc., a solar energy company which built over 50 solar projects in United States, Germany and Canada. Previously, he was President of Wolverine Resources Inc., an oil upgrading refinery. He has been in the technology development business for the past 15 years. Mark Roseborough has been the President of DayStar Technologies, Inc., since September 4, 2012. Mr. Roseborough served as Vice President, Manufacturing, of Belkorp Industries Inc. from 1992 to 2003, where he was having direct responsibility for the operations of three pulp and paper mills and one small oil refinery. He held management positions with EPOD Solar since 2003. He served as Vice President of EPOD Solar Inc. from June 30, 2008 to July 30, 2009. From November 1999 to 2003, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bluewater Fiber in Port Huron, Michigan — on behalf of owner Merrill Lynch — which was a large recycle pulp mill. In 1997, Mr. Roseborough started and co-owned Belkin Paper Stock. Prior to his work at Belkorp, he served from 1989 to 1992 as General Manager of Slave Lake Pulp overseeing the design, construction, hiring and training of employees for a state-of-the-art mechanical pulp mill owned by Alberta Energy Company. He held the position as a Startup Lead Executive for a $1.2 billion Semiconductor plant in the southern U.S. He has been Director of ICP Solar Technologies Inc. since January 14, 2010.
