Christopher M. Gorman is President of Key Corporate Bank and Chairman and CEO of KeyBank, NA. He is a member of KeyCorp’s executive leadership team and executive council. He also serves as President of the Key Foundation board of trustees. Mr. Gorman has held several senior leadership roles at KeyCorp. He has nearly 30 years of experience in corporate and investment banking. Previously, Mr. Gorman served as Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Key National Bank, which included KeyBanc Capital Markets, KeyBank Real Estate Capital, Key Equipment Finance and Corporate Banking Services. He also served as President of KeyBanc Capital Markets and was responsible for KeyCorp's corporate, investment banking and capital markets businesses. Prior to his appointment as President of KeyBanc Capital Markets, Mr. Gorman served as Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Banking, which was comprised of KeyCorp’s middle market and large corporate business units. Mr. Gorman was also a Senior Managing Director and Deputy Director of Investment Banking for McDonald Investments Inc., a registered broker/dealer acquired by KeyCorp in 1998. Before joining McDonald Investments Inc. in 1991, he was in the corporate finance department at Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Gorman is Vice Chair and Chair-Elect of the board of directors of Business Volunteers Unlimited and a Trustee of the Cleveland Institute of Music. He also serves on the Sister of Charity Health System executive committee and board of directors. He earned his bachelor's in finance from Miami University in 1983.
