Timothy M. Kohl has been President of Marten Transport, Ltd., since June 2008. He joined Marten in November 2007, and has more than 20 years of experience in the transportation services industry. Mr. Kohl served as Knight Transportation Inc.’s President from 2004 to 2007 and as its Secretary from 2000 to 2007. He served as a Director on Knight’s board of directors from 2001 to 2006, and he served as its Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2004. He also served as Knight’s Vice President of Human Resources from 1996 to 1999. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Kohl served as Vice President of Knight’s Southeast region. Before his employment with Knight, he was employed by Burlington Motor Carriers as Vice President of Human Resources. James J. Hinnendael has been Marten Transport Ltd.’s Chief Financial Officer since January 2006 and served as Marten’s Controller from January 1992 to December 2005.
