Randall C. Neely, CA, CFA, ICD.D, was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of TransGlobe Energy Corporation in January 2019 and to the board of directors in May 2018. He was previously appointed as President in January 2018 and Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer in May 2012. Mr. Neely has 25 years of experience in executive and financial roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Zodiac Exploration, Pearl (Blackpearl) Exploration & Production and Trident Exploration.
