Keith Cargill, President and CEO, joined Texas Capital Bank in 1998 as one of its founding members. He brings more than 30 years of diverse banking, finance, operating and accounting expertise to the company. Before forming Texas Capital Bank, Mr. Cargill was President of Cargill Lakes, Inc., a privately owned venture capital investment company and Executive Operating Officer of Mack Financial Group, Inc., where he was instrumental in the acquisition and operation of a commercial finance division of a Fortune 500 company. A native Texan and banking veteran, Mr. Cargill’s career includes Comerica Bank – Texas, where he was Senior Vice President and Middle-Market Banking Manager; NorthPark National Bank, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer; and Texas American Bank – Riverside in Fort Worth, where he was President and CEO. He began his business career at Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Cargill is active in the community, currently serving on the advisory board of the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University and the development board of the University of Texas at Arlington, the Chiapas Project, HopeXchange and the World Affairs Council. He also is a member of several organizations including Dallas Social Venture Partners, Business Executives for National Security, The University of Texas System Chancellor’s Council and involved with the Baylor Foundation.
