William C. Calderara joined Naugatuck Valley Financial Corporation as President and CEO in October 2012, and is a 30-year veteran of the banking industry. In his first year at the helm, Mr. Calderara said he has worked to bolster operations, particularly small business consulting and lending, across the $477 million bank’s 10 branches. At the same time, Mr. Calderara said he’s working to streamline the bank’s compliance procedures with forthcoming implementation of sweeping regulations.
