Paul F. Lidsky, as President and CEO of Datalink Corporation, is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, overall growth, operational planning and business plan implementation. He has more than 20 years of experience in the technology and communications industries. Mr. Lidsky has a strong track record of developing and executing growth strategies through acquisitions and sustained organic growth, as well as enhancing shareholder value. His deep experience, paired with his passion for excellence, translate into increased revenues, improved EBITDA, enhanced strategic planning and overall company growth. He was elected to the Datalink board of directors in 1998 and served in that capacity until 2009, when he became President and CEO. Prior to joining Datalink, from 2007 to 2009, Mr. Lidsky was President and CEO of Calabrio, where he built revenue from essentially startup levels to $15 million and raised more than $9 million in venture financing. Prior to that position, he was COO of Spanlink Communications, where he increased revenues by 42% and 45% in 2005 and 2006, respectively. His past leadership positions include Computer Telephony Solutions, VigiLanz Corporation, OneLink and Norstan. In addition to his current role on the Datalink board, he has lent his expertise to the boards of Calabrio, Spanlink, VigiLanz Corporation, Computer Telephony Solutions, OneLink Wireless, Image Sensing Systems and Ancor Communications, helping these companies build their businesses and further realize their growth potential.
