Anthony Ambrose, age 53, was appointed a director of Data I/O Corporation effective October 25, 2012, and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Data I/O, Mr. Ambrose was Owner and Principal of Cedar Mill Partners, LLC, a strategy consulting firm, since 2011. From 2007 to 2011, he was Vice President and General Manager at RadiSys Corporation, a leading provider of embedded wireless infrastructure solutions, where he led three product divisions and worldwide engineering. At RadiSys, he established the telecom platform business and grew it to over $125 million in annual revenues. Until 2007, he was General Manager and held several other progressively responsible positions at Intel Corporation, where he led development and marketing of standards-based telecommunications platforms and grew the industry-standard server business to over $1 billion in revenues. Mr. Ambrose has a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Princeton University. Mr. Ambrose has extensive semiconductor and mobile broadband networks industry operating experience. He has significant executive experience in strategy development, business management, marketing, engineering and new product development. His role as Data I/O’s President and CEO gives him knowledge as well as unique insight into the challenges, opportunities and operations that the board of directors believes qualifies him to serve as a director of Data I/O. TWST: Give us some history on Data I/O.
Mr. Ambrose: Data I/O has been in business almost 43 years now. We were basically the inventor of device programming for
