Rick Roby is the Founding President of Columbia Community Bank, and has served as the bank’s President and CEO since 1998. He arrived in Oregon from Ohio, where he served as President and CEO of The Sherwood State Bank, an organization Mr. Roby was part of for 18 years. In addition to his role as President and CEO, Mr. Roby has performed the duties of Teller, Loan Officer, Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer over the course of his 37-year career in banking and finance.
