Carrie L. Majeski, as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Art’s Way Manufacturing, Co., Inc., is responsible for overseeing all facets of the company, which includes three unique manufacturers, and which Forbes and Fortune magazine named one of the best small businesses in 2008. Ms. Majeski has a proven executive management track record and nearly 10 years of experience in the manufacturing field. Before becoming President and CEO of Art’s Way Manufacturing, she served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, where she was responsible for all SEC and Nasdaq reporting, as well as managing the documentation, implementation and testing of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Previously, she served as Accountant, with all the duties of a Controller, for Tyco Plastics Incorporated, where she led a cost-saving team, as well as developing accurate forecasting for the company.
