Rodger W. LaFavre is President and CEO of Spire Corporation. Mr. LaFavre joined Spire Corporation in 2000 as Vice President, Utility Marketing of Spire Solar Operations and has held positions of increasing responsibility since that time. He was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Spire Solar in June 2002, Chief Operating Officer of Spire Solar in November 2002, Chief Operating Officer of Spire Corporation in February 2005, and President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2014. On September 9, 2014, Mr. LaFavre was elected to the board of directors of Spire Corporation. Prior to joining the company, Mr. LaFavre was Vice President of Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation, a worldwide engineering and construction company, where he was responsible for business development, corporate planning and the entity's Asia subsidiary. Ed Hurley is Vice President of Spire Corporation. Mr. Hurley joined Spire in 2006 as Sales Manager. Over the years, he moved to Director of Sales and, in 2011, to Vice President. Mr. Hurley is responsible for international sales and marketing for the entire Spire product line. Mr. Hurley, who has an engineering degree, has spent over 15 years selling, marketing, and designing equipment for the solar, semiconductor and electronic marketplace. Prior to joining Spire, he worked at Teradyne, a manufacturer of automatic test equipment; at General Scanning, a manufacturer of laser-based system; and at PEI, a startup focused on the semiconductor market, where he was Vice President of Marketing. Mr. LaFavre: Spire Corporation was initially founded in 1969
