Patrick J. Callan Jr. is a member of the board of directors, and the President and Chief Executive Officer of One Liberty Properties, Inc. He brings nearly 25 years of real estate experience to the company. Mr. Callan joined One Liberty in 2006 as President, after being a director since 2002, and is responsible for acquisitions, financing, management and administration of the One Liberty Portfolio. Before taking charge of OLP, Mr. Callan spent two years as SVP of First Washington Realty, performing leasing, acquisitions and redevelopment roles for a 13 million-square-foot, 100-shopping-center joint venture with the California Public Employees’ Retirement System, which was ultimately sold for $2.6 billion to Regency Centers. Prior to working for First Washington, Mr. Callan was Vice President of Real Estate for Kimco Realty Corporation for 18 years; he was instrumental in the leasing and management of a $3 billion shopping-center portfolio comprised of 200 centers. David W. Kalish is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of One Liberty Properties, Inc., and has served in such capacity since 1990. He has also served as Senior Vice President – Finance of BRT Realty Trust, a NYSE-listed REIT, since 1998.
