Gary A. Griffiths is President and Chief Executive Officer of iPass, Inc. Mr. Griffiths’ initiative is to drive Wi-Fi adoption of iPass’ Open Mobile application to accelerate the company’s growth. He has been described as a natural leader with a strong operational background and a wealth of relevant experience. Previously a member of iPass’ board of directors, Mr. Griffiths was also Co-Founder and CEO of Trapit, Inc., a leading provider of SaaS-based applications for sales and marketing automation. A 35-year veteran of the high-tech industry, Mr. Griffiths has led some of the Web’s most innovative companies. He has held leadership positions at a number of large and prominent software companies. Prior to co-founding Trapit, he was President of products and operations at WebEx, acquired for $3 billion by Cisco Systems, Inc. Mr. Griffiths was also Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Everdream Corporation, a SaaS company, from 1999 to 2005, as well as Chief Executive Officer at HEAT.net from 1996 until its acquisition by Sega, Inc., in 1999. In addition, Mr. Griffiths has extensive experience with overseeing financial and accounting matters and strategic initiatives at small technology companies. Mr. Griffiths currently serves on the board of directors of Silicon Graphics International Corp. (NASDAQ:SGI) and Janrain, Inc., a customer identity management SaaS company. Patricia R. Hume is Chief Commercial Officer of iPass, Inc. Ms. Hume is tasked with leading the global teams responsible for all customer-facing activities, including sales, marketing, business development, services and supplier relationships across the entire product portfolio. Ms. Hume has a history of forging lasting working relationships with staff, and contributing passion, accountability and exceptional vision to her team. A dynamic and energetic executive with 35 years of technology experience, Ms. Hume has led several large sales, marketing and business development operations, including President of Trapit, Inc., from 2013 to 2015. In addition, she was Chief Revenue Officer at Convio, acquired by Blackbaud; Senior Vice President of Global Indirect Channels at SAP AG; Group Vice President of Avaya’s SMB division; and CEO/President of VerticalNet Markets.
